This turn based strategy game takes place in the Might and Magic universe (Lord of the Rings lite) and has you playing as various heroes in combat with forces against enemies! Think puzzle game meets turn based strategy game play. This CGR review of Might & Magic Clash of Heroes has gameplay from Nintendo DS showing split screen turn-based strategy video game play in HD action. Not a traditional adventure RPG game, this feels more like a board game where you have specific battles set up to move the story along. Level up characters and buy new units to upgrade and throw into combat. Deep tactical gameplay and excellent controls make this one a keep for fans of the turn based strategy genre, even if you aren't into the Might and Magic universe.

This game is great! The battle system is indeed awesome and they manage to keep it fresh and interesting throughout. I also dig the graphics. Glad to see this review here on CGR! Hopefully more people will know of this very well made game.

One of my favorite games on the DS, along with Radiant Historia and Order of Ecclesia. But I can't believe you don't like the music! Some of the tunes remind me of those epic classic samurai movies from Kurosawa or Kobayashi. I seem to remember you being a huge fan of samurai movies so I'm really surprised haha. But hey to each his own :)

i just got the PC HD version of this game. this is a super cool game especially if you are into the heroes might and magic series. The story happens b4 the story of heroes 5 and they have the music from heroes 5 too. The battle system is very unique and interesting. I really enjoy this game.
