@tallliza Sorry, already responded to this one on another post and, I suspect, so have other people. I suggest you read the answers that were given and maybe come up with some new material. If I didn't know better I'd think these were generated by a computer programme given their frequency and inability to change or come up with anything relevant. Anyway, God loves you and if you ever want to discuss things properly I'll be happy to help. Thanks.

Adulterers. kill them Fornicators kill them ,Those who work on the Sabbath kill them. Non believers, those who believe other religions ,false prophets, blasphemers.Kill them. Great love ?

@MyFaceBurns God's love is show in that He generally warned people what would happen if they continued doing what they were doing and always gave the hope of restoration if they would stop. Most of the time they continued doing what they were doing until what God warned them about happened and then He kept His promise and restored them when they turned back to Him. God is love and His love shines through the whole of the Bible. If bad things happened it was because people chose to do them.

@MyFaceBurns Your right as to the rest the Old Testament (OT) is relevant as it contains all the prophesy that lead to the birth, life, death and resurrection of Jesus, our Lord and Saviour as well as all the reasons why we need a saviour in the first place. However, God did not approve of most of it from what I've read. In the OT He dealt with nations and gave every nation the opportunity to return to Him, they were only ever completely destroyed if there was no way they would turn back to Him.

@MyFaceBurns Let's deal with your last comment first, because it's the most controversial and so wrong. Read the book. Genesis 19:30-38. This had nothing to do with God and He certainly did not encourage it. It wasn't paedophilic: Genesis 19:14 Lot tried to convince his sons-in-law to leave, therefore the daughters were old enough to be married. It wasn't rape of women as they got their father drunk and had sex with him. God has never sanctioned rape anywhere in His word.

@andieka27 The thing that really pisses me off about Christians is the fact that so much evil occurred in the Old Testament, most of which was approved of by God, and yet their response to this is just: well, it was the Old Testament! It's not relevant... guess what? The Ten Commandments came from the Old Testament... are they not relevant? An example of the evil he allows and even likes is rape. He actively encourages rape in all forms, even pedophilic incestuous rape (Lot and his daughters).

@gollumvsyoda2 I also pray that God gives you and your wife a great deal of courage and wisdom that His Word will be opened to you today and always. Amen

I am going through a terrible time right now. My marriage of thirteen years with my wife is being threatened. Please God, heal my marriage and bring us closer to you. I choose to make you first in my life, Oh God. Be first in my marriage. Thank you Lord Jesus. All praises go to you forever and ever. Amen.

@Seylit Of course there's nothing wrong with talking to people, but I'd reccommend also reading the Bible on your own. If you don't have one, go look at any bookstore, or just use something like biblegateway(.com). The Bible says to read the Bible, and it helps a lot. :) Feel free to pm me too
