The day that the Senate pardons Bush's commission of at least 30 felonies. With this bill, the Senate admits the Bush administration is a criminal operation, forgives punishment and penalties, and grants it permission to do more and bigger from now on. On Countdown with Keith Olbermann, guest host Rachel Maddow talks with Jonathan Turley about the FISA bill which will not only grant telecoms immunity for their cooperation with the Bush administration to illegally wiretap Americans, but which also expands the President's powers to wiretap Americans. 7/8/08
