@leonnuggetz . I do agree. And in addition seems that nobody in US see that. And furthermore, you have to pay your own medical insurance and save for your retirement. I've american colleagues that they pay far more taxes (even with republicans) than we do in Europe. (and we all have a more or less good free and universal medical coverage and good retirements). US spend too much in army. Never nobody fully conquered Afganistan. (UK, USSR, and now USA/NATO). Just Kabul, nothing more.

@christmaspoo911 The problem with stateless terrorist groups is that they hate us because we are occupying their holy land, and have killed hundreds of thousands of civilians over there, even before 9/11. Why do they not wage terrorist attacks on Switzerland? Because the Swiss mind their own business. I'm so sick of this bullshit war. We are only their because weapon contractors make billions off of it. The Kharzai government is no better than the Taliban let me tell you.

@withtheoldbreed They would if they could. The problem with stateless terrorist groups is that even if you cut the head off, a new one will always emerge. If we left now, or in 2021 for that matter, the Taliban would overrun Afghanistan like they did before the 2001 invasion.
