Hello! My name is JORO CRUZ and I'm running for YOUR VP HR: OrgDev! Vote JORO CRUZ! Vote BLUEPRINT!

The vision of my platform is to promote camaraderie and deepen friendships between MEA members old and new, through targeted internal reworking of the projects under OrgDev. With proper diagnosis and focus on vital issues in existing projects, I hope to improve internal systems and processes, as well as to implement member-driven modifications. All of this will be directed to enhancing project experience for participants, core members, and project heads; and to produce meaningful, significant, interpersonal experiences for each and every MEAn.

In short, I want YOU to experience the best possible OrgDev projects next year! Let me have the opportunity to give MEAns the events they deserve!
