But I see where you are coming from dude, good point. But I think the reason why Zuffa are so successful is just because They love fighting. It's rare to find a bunch of millionaires who love straight up fighting. It would have been cool for Pride to still be going.
We have had a lot of positives come from Zuffa eating the other promotions at least.
Let's just hope MMA continues to grow

@matrix4022 Fedor is still under contract from what I've heard, unless something just happen I am pretty sure he still has fights to honor on his contract. Coker said they might have him fill in if someone mysteriously gets injured in the heavyweight tournament. I think this could be really good for the fans of the sport. If UFC can help strikeforce in anyway it would be beneficial, they where putting on great events before Zuffa purchased the company and I doubt that is going to change.

@Immortalsyn83 Didn't Fedor leave StrikeForce? It's a good point - but I think with enough cash there's a lot of fighers that could be lured away. It just takes someone with the money and the experience of PPV/marketing, like Rupert Murdoch, Vince McMahon, Richard Branson even Bill Gates himself - heck why not all of them! lol.

@matrix4022 Its going to be hard to compete with Zuffa, they now own all the top 10 Heavyweights/Lightheavyweights
/Middleweights and Welterweights in the world. Also top 9 Bantamweights, most of the top Lightweights and Jose Aldo which is all they really need to claim dominance of the Featherweight division. -
UFC has an unfair monopoly. They just swallow up promotions because they're loaded (Pride, StrikeForce). Someone rich needs to start a promotion and compete against them.
