Karen had one of the most beautiful voices ever. Her voice was so beautifully unique, and she was such a beautiful girl. She left here too soon because someone convinced her she was too fat. It's so easy to get a distorted view of things. There is always someone out there, somewhere, who will love you as you are. I know God does! The animals who hate you for no good reason aren't worth your time. Well, anyway, thanks for the video. This album reflects the same era. "Crying Blue Beatle's wart"

The answer is no. I'm such young person, 21 years old. How is it I comment on this video much less see it, you ask? This is true music. Sure I'll go through a punk binge or blast Skrillex for a month at a time. But I always come back to classic, well constructed music. Pre-Autotune, fantastic vocals, and song construction always gets me back here every time. I just wish I had had the opportunity to see her sing for myself...

I remember as a child that I was blessed with the chance to see THE CARPENTERS perform live at DISNEYLAND. What a FANTASTIC show.

im afraid its not silly notion
when artists in the 60s and 70s sat down to write music ,pop music was new and nothing much had gone before.
Artists writing today have to comeup with something different form the tens of thousands of songs thathave come and gone and thousands of idea and styles.
Its pretty obvious

Actually if you see footage of lady gaga before she was lady gaga singing under her real name, she is singing with just a piano , no fancy clothes hair or makeup and she is excellent.
To say she doesnt have an ounce of talent is just a silly thing to say.
Do you seriously think people like Tony Bennet and Elton john would duet with someone without an ounce of talent.
and the use of hair, makeup, costumes etc is nothing new - think of the biggest acts of the 70s like bowie ,

because there is a perception that many white americans have, and some black americans have, that african americans, many listen to certain types of music, and artist. So I just want people to know that a few of us, have great appreciation for all types of music. But let me clear, I am an american first and foremost. And I love this country.Something I am not sure our First black President does. But thanks for keeping up with my post. Keep it up, and you'll learn a lot about what good music is.

He's not trying to justify anything. When it comes to celebrity fandom
(any celebrity) age and race are an interesting and pertinent demographic.
