This was then end of our rotation as the relieving 9/10 cam in and took over. We worked hard everyday...there was never slow day. God Bless all those that served! Remember, not all wounds are on the surface.
When I first saw "Fighting for Life" 06/08 I discovered Balad. The wonderful professional men and women of this ICU make me so humble personally and proud of the USA. Thank you for the work you do for our troops, Iraqi troops, and Iraqi civilians. You are living proof that freedom is not free. As an Arizona Soldiers' Angel, I wish I could adopt all of you! God Bless, and thank you for your service to people and the USA.
