Here is a video that I took showing the beach front area of the Hornby Island Eagles that can be watched on web cam. In it there is one of the parents eating an oppossum carcass that was left for them on the Big Rock. I apologise for the shaky action at times, my 22 month old boy was holding onto my legs for support at times as he walked around me.
If you want to see these eagles in the nest, with their little one named Hope, you can view them at http:/./www.wildearth.tv/web/hornby-island2
Our cabin is right there... i know eagles always come ! :) we have to watch our dog.. im always out on the rocks :l the cabin beside us, the man who lives there feeds the eagles. :) its awesome theres normally like 10 eagles some times.
