  • It's a wider observation on society as a whole. This is an interpolation, a premise to the common person realizing their society has degenerated into a society with two rather shitty paths laid out going forward. Out of the hospital, the observations remain pertinent and accurate. It's not about drugs, doctors, or junkie business. It is about American Life and ruin.
