Congratulations to Delta on her amazing performance on the US Dancing with the Stars! Not only her duet with Michael Bolton, but to step in at the last minute to sing "Natural Woman" - full kudos to a blazingly talented Aussie!

Delta & Guy weren't trying to sing it like Michael Jackson- no one will ever be able to do that!
They were invited by the Jackson estate to sing 'The Earth' song 4 the Aussie Launch of Michael's DVD "This is It".
This song is a very difficult song to sing - so getting 2 of Australia's most talented singers to honour MJ in this way - was a given.
Guy and Delta did a fab job - and I got goose bumps listening to their version of this beautiful song. MJ was such a wonderful songwriter.

@italssian I think that they were embracing it quite lightly because it was a tribute to MJ not a political movement at the time. It does seem out of place but I feel they were trying to give a great send off to MJ and enjoy being privileged enough to sing his song.
Just my opinion :)
I thought it was pretty awesome.
