Total loss to date: 25 lbs

Yes, I gained weight between Phase I and Phase II (which were about 19 weeks apart) BUT I'm back at it and the journey continues

  • your gaining muscle. you should proberly change up what you eat, not cut stuff out.

  • I used to be the juicer QUEEN. The $70 Juicers are just as good as the $250 Juicers. As long as you cut/clean your veg/fruits properly, you will be fine. Apple/Carrot/w a pepper is great.

  • As far as cycling goes, I burn over 600 calories in less than an hour on the elliptical... you should try it!

  • I workout on the elliptical too. It takes about an hour to burn 600 cals (for me) on that lil sucker :o(

  • I applaud your progress, I just wanted to add that if you are toning and increasing musslce mass at all you would appear to be heavier because muscle weighs more than fat.  You look great so just go with that!!!

  • congratz on ur weight loss :D im like 13 and 76 pounds and 5,4. im drinkin loads of water and going jogging once a week (cant do more because of school and so on) but sure about dieting any help???

  • your body might have gotten used to the workouts you do, you might wanna change up routines or what you do to workout also

  • remember muscle weighs more than fat...so if you're workout all week and not losing a lot of weight, it's because you growing muscle. get it girl!

    I think I have watched most of your 82 videos. I am also on a mission to be fit for life. You have really inspired me with your journey. I know from experience the path is not easy. I always remembered the difference between a published writer and an unpublished one. The published one keeps writing even when the little voice says you probably just should give up. The point is, never give up, never give in. I would love to join you in the challenge. Thanks for being my shero.
