Actually civilian ships were created before war so i think every house can use them

To all those who havn't quite picked up the message of this video, yes, these seem to be Eagles or similar vessels redone. And that is done on purpose. I believe the designer wanted these ships to replace the eagle for civillians. What Kusarian would fly the same ship as any Bretonian? Hence the name "Civi Ships."
