This warms up the body in an active way to prepare you for more physical activity.
1. Walking on the balls of your feet to half court at half court start walking on the back of your heels.
2. Ankle flips to half court then Ankle flips with a skip- Staying on the balls of your feet
3. Walking high knees to half court then High Knees with a skip- Staying on the balls of your feet
4. Walking butt kicks to half court then Running butt kicks- staying on the balls of your feet
5. Frankenstein's- to half court then Frankenstein's with a skip - pulling the top of your leg down using your quadriceps muscles.
6. Slow side shuffle -to half court then switching the other way and continuing
7. Game speed side shuffle -switching at half court
8. Quick step karaoke- to half court then switching and going the other way- trying to get as many steps in as possible
9. Karaoke High Knee- going the entire length of the court(both ways) making sure your knee is coming straight up
10. Long Stride Karaoke- big long strides trying to get as few steps as possible and switching at half court
11. Backpedal/ turning and run- 50%,75% and game speed
