Sorry but I'm a thinker and I believe in bounds of reason. I want this guys stopped and I don't think it will lead to soviet style sex papers as most people don't impregnate like crazy or do what hes doing.

@CmdrTobs Most people who are born of donated sperm don't end up in incestive relationships either. Yet you support the regulation even though this problem effects a vast minority of the subjects. I'm suggesting that the law can do more harm than good. Donating sperm is an act of sex and restricting such acts can give precident to other uneccesary forms of sexual over-regulation.
