  • Tim rules, and while its great that Matt is back, I wish that Tim had gotten to do more albums with IE, I think that, had Tim been kept on to do part 2 and more albums, I think fans would have realized how kickass IE was with Tim. I've been listening to Framing Armageddon all day, and it is a true masterpiece of metal...it shows that when Jon was writing with Tim in mind, the results were spectacular, and Tim does a great job here...just my opinion.

  • It'd be great to have the whole Something Wicked Trilogy with Ripper on vocals. Him being kicked out from Priest and then from Earth is the biggest paradox and misconception i've heard about... The guy rules.

  • @lordfuckface I think it's a statement of how good Tim actually is when people in the music industry want to work with him as much as they have

  • @lordfuckface I think they tuned down because they wanted to for the new album. Tim sang the songs in the right key to get the gig and in the cover band before. So tuning down wasn't his fault. The fact that he sticks with it now.. well I dunno. it's just heavier that way.

  • @Brutalslamgrinder when I saw Priest in 02 that was one of the few songs that night he nailed on the head. I hated that they downtuned for him though.

  • @lordfuckface And what's with Painkiller? Tim could sing it quite well

  • @Humamibrahem

You heard Charred Walls and Beyond Fear with him? Tim sounded absolutely SICK on those albums. I'm hoping Beyond Fear does another one soon.

  • @lordfuckface

i got u dude u r right , and i know its kinda stupid comparing

i think i was angry because of the comments that talk shit about this guy just because they r barlow fans

barlow have a deep voice etc.. but this dude did great in this song as u c

and in iced earth too , for me i like Barlow more than Tim ..

anyhow lets wish that a good guy takes the job now instead of the great barlow

  • @Humamibrahem this is leaving me unimpressed. Not ballsy enough if he's supposed to be singing the lines of a character thats supposed to destroy mankind. Also if you're referring to right after he came back from not singing for years, thats called rust. I've seen videos of him since where he destroyed Tim's version of 10,000 Strong. Don't mean to rag on Tim, but just because someone can sing higher doesn't mean its better. Case in point look at the joke from Rhapsody.

  • @Wyndrax having seen Priest with both, Halford > Owens. Tim is a beast in his own right but he couldn't touch Halford in all the times I've seen him.
