@ReasonablyMe Even just something small on a daily basis makes a huge difference for me. An hour a day tends to work. It's the consistency that matters most, not how much time you spend. And I find when I have a set time, I get more done in that time than if I just sit down to it with no boundaries. ;-)
This is such an inspiring video. I struggle with consistency. I tend to take massive action a few times per month and then "think, brainstorm and calculate" when I'm not working. I justify the time I've wasted by telling myself that I am working towards my goal by brainstorming. But, if I took more action I'd be a heck of a lot closer to my goals.
