  • good stuff - just did it once with a 1min cardio (jogging on spot and jumping jacks) and for a massively outta shape lazy bum it was great - easy to remember and you need no equipment at all.

  • boahhhh,, it is diffucalt,, what nice is, i did this one two times after each other, so 1 minit, and not 30 seconds. and then 7 km jogging.. and after it again ,, niceeee

  • Just so you know, Instead of saying "hip ridge with one leg extention", you could just call it a back bridge, thats the real name for it :)

  • Great workout, just finished 3 rounds with no rest between exercises and 1 min every complete circuit. really gave me a good sweat, thanks!

    They are very basic work outs that are based around circuit training.

    They are tested and proven methods for both fitness and weight management.
