Mitsubishi Outlander Review Not Boring!

I have the good fortune to have both an 08 Outlander & 06 Forester parked in the garage. The Outlander wins in driving position and 'toys' but the Forester wins in handling, peformance, comfort and off road. The Outlander is let down off road even more if you have a factory tow bar fitted as it bottoms out even in the most moderate of terrain. Places where the Forester (with the same tow bar fitted) cruises on through. The Forster is also far more planted on gravel roads. Each to their own.

yeah your title is right, its not boring!!

I was very interested in the off-road bit and didnt understand why the traction control didn't cut in on your first attempt (did you have it on?) and why you hit the brakes on the second attempt when you seemed almost past the cross-axel hump. odd.
pssst we can tell you hit the brakes cause the wheel in the air stops moving and the car lurches forward and almost throws itself up the hill anyway.

for me, this is like a crappy subaru forester. Subaru beats it in every area exept 3rd row seating, but that sux ballz in the outlander

I don't own one but it looks way better than the forrester, which is really boring-looking and outdated.
