A way for stalkers to watch your moves instead of just following them on twitter. That's my best guess as to what Twitter Peek is. A tool for peeping Tom's perhaps? lol. This guy is funny. Twitter is a joke anyway. They even have that cute, silly looking coo coo bird to prove it!
