@mister145 they dont , the flaps are stil dont but the front retracts to allow reverse thrust :)

when you are @ 20 feet, you put your throttle to idle (F1) and when you are on the ground hold F2 for a few seconds ;)

on the nummeric keyboard there are the next buttons: / and *
if you press on of them you can walk around the aircraft with the numeric buttons

I can't understand why did you retract the flaps so early?? lowered flaps provide you with extra drag shortening stopping distance

that is facking normal.
when the engines are go in the reverse the forward flaps retract so they will nog damaged by the engine reverses.
