  • What size ropes are you using in this video? How Long? 1.5 inch or 2 inch diameter?

  • I got my ropes from these guys about a month and half ago, and it is one of the best investments in my health I have made. It is cost effective vs other equipment out there and requires virtually no maintainance at all!

    For a tough workout do the exercises with a Tabata drill at full blast. You will throw up by third round. Can't get that from a treadmill or an elliptical!
