  • @rhcp4565 TIBETAN

  • What language is he speaking?

  • You are parsing the words too carefully like a lawyer. What he is saying is that Loving Kindness and Compassion is beneficial to the person that practices it. Brain imaging tests show that this attitude fosters happiness and mental health. Furthermore, it makes one more ready to act to help others. Try it. One practice is called Tonglen (Sending and Receiving): you can read about it on the web.

sorry but I don´t really know what you are talking about...

but Yongey Mingyur seems not very distant too me. Not more distant than Eckart Tolle for instance. And I watched several videos from both of them. I also read a book by Yongey Mingyur. It´s written very close to the reader's point. I found Yongey Mingyur very helpful myself.

This is not meant to be and entertain program ;-).

  • It is interesting to have a glimpse of understanding about what those Zen Monk are talking about but somehow disturbing by the way they distance themselves from the average human being. He appear like an icon on top of few altars> "what in the world for ?

...I feel he should come out the ladder and be like normal human being like Eckart Tolle, Adyashanti ot Jeff Foster who am I discovering as well and who seem so much more accessible gurus. The message to the west would transmit harmoniously.

  • It very good to see Rinpoche is giving teaching on Loving Kindness and Compassion. rinpoche is saying wishful jewel is example, he says its dosen't matter whether is exist or not. If example is not exist than how can we give example something at is not exist. Can we give example rabbit horn for example ?

  • this is sOOOoooo boring
