Hitler finds out what's in the new Final Cut Pro X release.

Thanks for your comments everyone! While this video is meant to be funny, the issue it's dealing with is no laughing matter. Apple's release of Final Cut Pro X has left the professional editing community in a state of shock and panic. The tools that our livelihoods depend on have been rendered unusable. And Apple has given no indication of future plans to support professional needs.

If you speak German, mute your computer. That f**king simple. I have both programs. X is simple and streamlined. It's new and will take some getting used to though. I'll use them both pending on what the project calls for. If it can be done, I will find a way, because I am a professional. This video is the bomb though. Hats off!!!

So, how did Hitler do with his plan? FCPX works. It is inexpensive and powerful. I am just hoping for better scripts! It reall doesn't matter how the script gets edited. Gold is gold and dross is dross. I struggle with bad scripts, not bad software. A good script is good, even in Movie Maker.

When Hitler said, "Anyone who is not a PROFESSIONAL editor, leave the room now." That was your cue to leave the room. lol

I'm kidding. Yes, FCPX is great for beginners and people trying to learn, but anyone who has gotten themselves to the professional level has seen FCPX to be a difficult tool. Pretend you've played baseball all your life and suddenly someone came by and said baseball is now basketball. How amazing of a basketball player would you be overnight? It's frustrating.
