The buses don't stop? Maybe all grouch Buses are "NOT IN SERVICE" like what the LED Displays on the buses say when they're not taking passengers. I ride MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority) buses and they always stop of passengers at the bus stop signs.
