Beautiful voice ,,, Inspired lyrics .... Poor Simon ... If you had the slightest idea what a HOME is (which is a place of love overflowing ...), you wouldn't call this song "BORING" . I'm sure Boring is your life, despite your bank account ... If you had a wife and kids or were close to those who brought you to life you would never call HOME boring ... Sorry for you ,,,, you should also watch Diva Whitney sing it ... Simon, you sounded sooooo Boooooorinnngggg!!!!

I absolutely love this song and I love Melinda she sang the hell out of this song...the only thing I will say is that Simon thinks this song is boring because he heard Diana Ross's version of it, but if you hear the original version by the beautiful Stephanie Mills, he wouldn't think it was a boring song

wtf? the lady in the audience who is Melinda's family, was also in the audience at Whitney's performance of "A Song For You". The video is on here on youtube too. (The camera zoomed up on her during Whitney's performance as well, when Whitney was doing the long note of "my LOOOOOVEEEE" . Did anyone else notice this?
