  • OMG! The fake DJ!!!!

  • Because this clip is taken from the syndicated cut of the show. Roseanne had all instances of Barr changed to Arnold when the show was packaged for syndication. In the original network broadcast, it said Barr. Season 2 and up DVD releases also are (mostly) network prints of the show and say Barr as well.

  • @88yenos Most shows back then didn`t show what was really going on.Pretty much the majority of television shows only shows only positive side to life and not the true reality of what was really going on then.Whats so confusing about that?

  • @rockking05 I know you wrote this a year ago, but it was ahead of its time because it discussed things that everyday Americans were facing at the time.....!?!?!?! ok...

  • @YambidiBlamBlam You mad, bro?

  • I don't know why lol...but the ep that's always stuck with me is the one where the Traveling salesman comes in for a drink of water and dies sitting at the kitchen table LOL and how the body had to sit there for hrs until it could be picked up LOL.

  • @YambidiBlamBlam uh no.

  • I think "Barr" makes much more sense since she has all those HUMONGO FAT BARS on her elephantine body. But then of course "Arnold" makes sense, as in Arnold, the Pig from Green Acres.

  • This show was ahead of it time because it discuss things that everyday American`s were facing at the time.Back in the 80`s,and early 90`s,show were more clean cut than they are now while Roseanne show what most homes were like back at that tiem, and even maybe now.Simpson`s were kinda like that but i think Roseanne broke the lines by showing how true relaity was on tv.Today`s show ain`t clean as they used to be but i think Roseanne might had influence on that. Also the Simpson broke lines too.

  • @Ericha2008 Oh I'm sorry Ericha that I was so impolite. He may have lost weight (like I really give a damn), but in "Roseanne" he was a gutless wimp.

  • @Nashthebigsmasher you obviously havent seen john goodman lately, he is very slim now. and is a great man, unlike you. learn some manners.

  • @bretodom Well, first, I was kidding so sorry if you took offense. But I actually ended up seeing the pilot uncut as it ran on ABC at the UCLA Film and Television archive. I recommend you check it out, they have 5 original season 1 episodes uncut, as deposited by the Emmys; it's so cool!!!
