Who Said The Tape Deck Was Dead?! [ http://www.chinavasion.com/index.php/cName/mp3-players-portable-mp3-players/ ].

There's no need to put your car tape decks, boom boxes and walkmans on the scrapheap next to your 8-track and floppy disk drive. You can dust it off and plug it in thanks to this MP3 player which will play digital music on cassette decks or work as a stand-alone MP3 player.

Besides looking fantastic and giving your retro gadgets a second life it is also easy to use with a simple seven button interface driving everything and offering fast forward and rewind functions when being played on a traditional tape player.

Check it out now at [ http://www.chinavasion.com/index.php/cName/mp3-players-portable-mp3-players/ ] or see more cool gadgets at [ http://ww.chinavasion.com. ]

  • I'd rather have this than an Ipod.

  • I still use original compact cassettes on everyday basis. I record on them from computer, MP3s, Cds and other tapes. Tapes are awsome.

  • Except cassettes have far better sound than MP3's. I just bought a new walkman for $12, and I can get tapes for $1 or less at Goodwill and a local flea market.

When I do use digital files, it's lossless FLAC.

  • i like this :D

  • WOAH!!! I was gonna build the exact same thing! Literally! with sd card and everything! Good build, man

  • needs a lcd screen to show you the name and number of the track you're listening to....
