To fry eggs in a cast iron skillet, use a large spatula and one tablespoon of butter or cooking oil. Heat the pan on medium low, add butter or oil, crack the egg into the pan and cook as directed by a chef in this free video on cooking.

  • As someone mentioned before that's NOT a cast iron pan. It looks like most run of the mill aluminum pans you see in most restaurants.
