No it's just the way they did it. It just supposed to be common Street Fighter knowledge. 'Gouki' means "strong spirit" and 'Akuma' means "demon" in Japanese.
oh yeah i love that one hehe i only had it in japanes cause back then my country didnt bring japanes animation so we had this guy who smuggled this stuff & i couldnt find him after i saw the video lol couldnt understand a thing until my cousin gave it 2 me from the US hehehe but i still loved 2 watch it.
