continue: try to think more that it's still mild and can be cured in no time just wanted to help in someway this is the method I did on mine and pray to Jesus he will help you god bless

I'm not a doctor and maybe I don't know what I'm saying but hope I don't turn out to be a know it all person, but here it goes buddy, I have tourettes too but only when I'm at school I think it has something to do with tension and the muscle that aren't relaxing, because when I'm at home my tourettes don't attack me except when I'm at school, I know it's hard to stop the twitch I know how you feel, but the more you think it's get worse it will get more worse

@star8881 It's difficult and I tic sometimes in my sleep and it wakes me up. Eventually out of pure exhaustion or a few Benedryl pills I fall asleep. But it can get very bothersome I've been up until 5am when trying to go to sleep at 10pm and just kept ticcing.
