where are you storing the projector cable!

or you could just take one or two squares of foam away, which would perform the same function

you should pull out some finger holds along side the projector so you can easily pull out the projector without stuffing your fingers between the foam and the projector

I already commented on this, but, I think that you could just take a utility knife around the edges of the projector, then you could just take the entire thing out at once
