Frank and Louie, two-faced cat

Frank and Louie is a cat who was born with two faces and has earned a spot as the longest lived Janus cat in the new edition of the Guinness World Records. Janus cats, named after the Roman god with two faces, are extremely rare and seldom live more than a few days after being born. Often they die within hours. But Frank and Louie flourished. It makes me so happy that there are people like this lady in the world <3 It's sad to think that he would have been killed for this deformity when he is perfectly healthy! I hope Frank and Louie has many more happy years ahead of him ^_^

OMG. Poor cat.

One of my cats is missing an eye and another has deformed paws that are all fused together (and hulklike muscle structure it's unnatural as hell). The third is just a runt but he makes up for it by being a fatty.

I think cats are cute regardless, and being deformed just makes them awesome.

I saw Frank n Louis' pic doing the rounds on fb so had to google to see if it was true. Amazing but it's good that he has had a fun filled life despite things. He looks like a happy and well adjusted fluffball. Good on you.
