Neil Gust is openly gay. This song is about cruising for sex in public bathrooms. In other words, about sexual compulsion.

I love both Elliott and Neil's stuff in Heatmiser, as well as just about EVERYTHING else they do. I have no idea how this album surfaced and didn't sell about 9000000 times more copies than it did. Theirs some serious power in this album.

yeah, as much as i love the rest of mic city sons and generally prefer elliott's stuff on that album, this song by neil blows everything else away. no contest.
