Spices are added to the sauce, NEVERRRRRRR to the Gnocchi dough, only salt, not even black pepper. Dough is always white, not speckled!
Like her trick to judge when dough is ready though. Basically when dough is no longer sticky.

i had food class in hs and shes fucking up big time.
first off look at it when u measure, then siffed it right. also take ur ring off when u stick ur hands in food. thats messed up.
how bout i wipe my ass and touch the food considering that ring probably touched there before considering it appears she doesnt take it off
