  • Soo glad to see him wearing a back support. He is a damn good plasterer too just after watching the first minute of the video you can tell from his technique. I was searching for ages on which back support to use, and just found the answer after looking for the proper pronounciation of 'stucco'. Lol.

  • @rezpatriot Hey Patriot, I have been wearing a back brace for about 30 years (old chronic injury) I have at least 10, the one I am wearing in this video is the best. I have tried every kind known to man and found this particular one the best because its works and I can still move comfortably all day. Best wishes, and have a groovy day!

  • Yes, I know what you mean, just take it nice and slow and most importantly correctly. Right now I'm skimming a wall in a bedroom because it had texture, after that I'm going to prime and paint, from there move on to the rest of the inside of the house.

  • @gabe321 There you go brother, take your time. And have some fun, Kirk Giordano plastering

  • Thanks, just take my time and research.

  • @gabe321 Hey Gabe you are way ahead of the game. Most people are to indifferent or lazy to acquire facts. I have been guilty of this fact many times myself.

    Best wishes and have fun.

  • @gabe321 Your welcome Gabe, Like I tell my kids, it's best to ask someone who has accumulated allot of time in. Best wishes with your projects.

  • Cool, thank you so much, just want to learn and save some money at the same time. I'm currently redoing the rooms in my house and soon after the floors, last will be the outside of the house, just researching in how to do this kind of work.

  • @gabe321 Hey Gabe, Sometimes, each city is different, If you replace window and plan on moving a header you do. If you are planning on changing your wood house to a stucco house, most require a permit. I would suggest you call your city explain what you have in mind and simply ask if it's necessary. This kind of information is free and you are not obligated. Great question, have a good day!

  • Do you need to pull a permit to do stucco work on you're house? I'm planning on doing my own work.
