  • @asflyasiam eat healthy stretch before and after workouts drink plenty of water and alternate from hot to cold water in the shower for 5 minutes each.

  • Ive been walking 2mi everyday lifting wieghts, situps cruntchs leg lifts im sore. EVERYWHERE it hurts to situp out of my bed.
