Baduk an ancient Chinese board game (called GO in Europe and America, Baduk in Korea, Wei-chi or Weiqi in China) is shown on KBS1 S.Korean TV channel...it doesn't really matter if you don't know the Korean language, all you need to know is the game.

NB: This programme is normally shown on saturdays in the afternoon on KBS1. I will let you all know the precise time next week - araseo?

  • And this game is much much more boring than chess.

  • I know the rules to this game. I still don't know 90% of the time why they are putting their stones in the places that they do. It like a mile off from where the action is and commentator saying "whooo perfect move" 0.o

  • I agree

  • @greenghost2008 this game is much much more complicated than chess(which also come from east asia)...

  • choi cheolhan :)

  • Awesome game, but it can be very addictive and be deleterious to individuals health if overplayed
