Sighs lightly. It is horrible! It did happened to me before. Svrs suggested me to ignore it. I was like what?! I dislike it. I hope sorenson do something about this before it is too late. Thank you for letting me know this :)

Don't panic.
It's mass calling worldwide from Malaysia using IP addresses. They are all voice calls and the unintentional part of this is hitting ALL VRS. Yes, Sorenson is NOT alone. ZVRS, Purple, and others were hit, too.
Just follow the simple instructions as outlined by DeafPoet2. That's it.

I email this to my vp rep and has not gotten no call back from the tech bec i wouldn't get through nobody all the morning. Sorenson better do something about this than being so ignorant when this would be a real scammer.
