considering I was homless for many years in my life I love the homless,BUT I FIND IT FUNNY HOW PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT HOMLESS ARE TO LAZY,ALSO DRUNKS AND HOOKED ON DRUGS,SO I FIND IT FUNNY HOW ITS OK FOR A MAN THAT HAS A HOUSE TO DRINK BUT NOT THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO DRINK,THE ONE WHO HAS A GOOD REASON TO DRINK CANT BECOUSE IF HE DOES HE IS IN THE WRONG.BUT I JUST SAW A MAN WHO MAKES MILLIONS IN THE STORE THE OTHER DAY BUYING BEER FOR THE DAY.

payed for my own schooling by myself outa pocket bc im too young to file for fasfa as an independent and my mother wouldnt let me file as a dependent on her and dad died when i was 17 so think teice before u judge ppl

lice or just wanna rebel against parents i had no choice and i think it made me a lot stronger im glad i experienced it tho i did nothing to deserve it i was an honor student all through school and never did drugs or drank smoke cigs at the legal age but that was it & had a job while homeless & i wasnt dirty or smelly the shelter hadd a shower & provided soap and shampoo toothpaste ext i bought my own tho im now a full time college student which btw i started classes while homeless & (continued)

apartment but when ur 18 u dont have credit u need a cosigner and i was stillin highschool so couldnt work full time but tried my hardest to find a part time & it was like once employers saw the address they refused to hire me bc they knew it was a shelter which is illegal i finally started puttin a friends adress down and found a job real quick but still couldnt get a place i now rent a mobile home with a roommate we split all bills in half so no not all homeless ppl r lazy or have (continued)

the kid in the red shirt needs to spend a day in a shelter and see that hes wrong at 17 i was homeless bc my step dad put his hands on me & threw me out ive never used drugs or had lice or loopus my first time & only time drinkin i was not homeless i showered everday when homeless & had a job but when forced to move from place 2 place bc u cant legally live alone @ 17 its hard to keep that job so i had to quit when i turned 18 bc i moved to a town with a shelter & i tried to get an (continued)

Great video. It really grinds my gears when someone speaks about the homeless in a derogatory manner. They make it seem like being homeless is a life choice. In some cases, people become homeless due to poor choices--but I'm willing to bet that most of them are in such a situation because they have no love.
Too many people don't know what's it like to live without love--homeless people are on the street everyday because they have no family or friends to love them and help them.

The kid in the red shirt has a very closed mind to homeless people. I am an accountant and because of natural events with a fire, we are facing being without a place to live. We are not lazy or diseased....it happens to the best of us. We will still work, but have to be in a shelter for a while due to the economy. We have three children that we have to think about. NOT ALL HOMELESS PEOPLE ARE FREAKS!!! GROW UP AND LOOK AT HOW LIFE REALLY IS!
