  • @nsflty Eventually i'll have a posing video or some sort of flexing video, focusing on the fundamentals of my pumping at the moment, trying to show everyone my ways of shredding into looking like a god.

  • @RayW8503 Well man, theres always a downfall in trying to lose weight when weight training, due to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat. The scale is a killer, if you look good with your shirt off then the scale factors of weight shouldn't matter. Start up get a partner, or a regular routine down pat, Get a simple whey protein shake or a zero carb protein if you'd like to maintain the weight loss. Low carbs = less fat. I say get a routine start up at the gym, light weight high reps.

  • alright...1st off, previously weighed 243lbs. I've been hiking and jogging at this spot called Runyon Canyons for about 3 months and is now at 203lbs but thats all I've been doing plus cutting out Sodas; no other workous. Goal is to reach about 195 but starting to reach a point where its time to start building muscle or atleast get my chest looking Ok; arms as well. I'm asking cause u say you'll keep it real plus judging from the vid, u know what your doing. What would be a good start point?
