A group of four travellers encounter Dracula in his castle, and Barbara Shelley becomes a victim and a vampire. In the second half of the film she is caught and staked in a monastery. One of the most dramatic stakings in the movies.
Hammer Film studio of England made these films from the 1950s to the 1970s.

  • BARBARA SHELLEY has been revealed thanks to interpret its role in this film and especially the famous scene of destruction that is remarkably Barbara has run other films of its kind class that I think women today must run a peaceful retreat, but this scene or she is captivated is beautiful! thank you shelley friendships Ms. Raymond

  • BARBARA SHELLEY A TOURNER CETTE SCÈNE MAGNIFIQUEMENT BIEN C'EST CERTAINEMENT CETTE FAMEUSE SCÈNE QUE BARBARA A CONNUE LA NOTORIÉTÉ DANS LE CINÉMA ! J'ADORE CETTE SCÈNE ET CELLE OU CHRISTOPHER LEE ET DÉTRUIT PAR PETER CUSHING DANS LE FILM LE CAUCHEMAR DE DRACULA LA FIN C'EST MAGNIFIQUE AUSSI ! MERCI A EUX ET AU TALENTUEUX TERENCE FISHER QUI A DONNER A LA HAMMER UNE BELLE VIE DANS LE FANTASTIQUE MERCI ! AMITIÉS RAY

  • These have to be my favorite of all vampire movies. They're so cheesy but they scared the piss out of me when I was a kid. I have a very special place in my heart for these films, Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing. Long live the Undead from Hammer Films! Thanks for sharing this.

  • That's so great.Cristopher rules!!

  • For someone who was supposed to be "dead" she sure put up a good fight.

  • And yes, this is effective scene.

  • Poor Helen!

But I like how kind monk is to "Renfield".

  • i didn't realize vampires could be so easily subdued

  • Doesn't do much for ecumenicalism.
