@benwaddelling Thanks for your interest, it's been 11 months since my comment but I think it had to do with some riots. there was a demonstration of some workers. After the end of these demonstrations some stupid jerks, to put it mildly, burn and destroy the city. That time they burnt a building with a bank in it and some workers inside were burned to death. Others jumped from the balconies to the street and either got severely injured or died. What a shame:(
