If you were white and grew up around only white people, and then saw a group of asians, you would probably think they looked alike. If you were like me, and you grew up with friends who were mostly asian and brown, then you'd be able to tell them apart and not think they all look alike. It just depends on how much exposure you have to different races.

White people who live in the country = can't tell other races apart.

White people who live in multicultural areas = can tell apart.

@forgottenmemories63 I'm not trying to change the definition because it is what it is. Here's what every dictionary define about Asian: "A native or inhabitant of Asia; a person of Asian descent." Those people that only thinks East Asia are the only Asians are stupid and needing some education. It's the same thing when people say North Americans; the first thing that comes to their mind is the US, and neglecting the fact that Canadians and Mexicans are also North Americans.

@Vyz3r Well, Geographically speaking we are, But we don't look anything like the rest of the Asians, So I'm just saying that's how we have all grown up to think. So, Why bother changing the definition :)

@forgottenmemories63 So, when I go to my geography class, I'll tell my teacher that he's wrong and Indians are not Asians just because India is part of Asia. I would also tell him that the Latin Americans are not Americans just because they're in the Americas, and that Egyptians are not Europeans just because they're in Europe. Wish me luck.

Well, I can figure out which Country any Asian belongs to and I'm Indian !

And no, Contrary to what many people claim, Indians aren't Asians, I prefer we get called "Indians", A separate group :)
