The Presidential limo didn't get stuck. It's front suspension failed, probably a broken spring due to all the extra weight of the armor protecting the president.

@joeab85 no doubt.. you are correct. however the limo cost 10x more. I am talking about american engineering. that limo has a tragic flaw and needs to be fitted with vertical suspension.
