Tip: Flour with protein content of 9-9.5% in the u.s can be found in stores: as Pastry/Cake flour. If you cannot find this, simply take 1 cup of all-purpose flour, remover 2Tbsp, and replace with 2Tbsp of corn or potato starch. Sift the ingredients together 2-3 times to incorporate well. (Adjust cups to your recipe.) Hope this helps~!
