  • It's all about the marketing strategy. That's always what makes the difference.

  • That's true. I seemed to know a lot more about the Smart when I went to the dealer than the salesman did. They should require all sales persons to be existing Smart Car owners before getting the job.

  • You're not listening to us. If you were listening to us then we would have more communication from smartusa and Penske Auto Group. It is appalling the LACK of information that smartusa, PAG and the local smart dealership has. But if I want a smart my hands are tied. One thing in this video was correct. The ones wanting the cars know more than those selling it.
