he is rarely used because he is considered bottom tier,

im suprised this guy didnt used o.hawk, he lacks a super move and cant soften throws but he has more invincible frames on his DP and i think hes got more range on cyclone could be wrong on that one.

o.hawk is better, better splash, better st.rh, better c.jab and such but he def doesnt have any extra range on his 360

Bottom tier? I've been to my local arcade watching Hawk trapping everyone into the cyclone, even a Akuma couldn't beat him.

great hawk player, not a fair fight for hawk at all, blocked dives so easy to punish with sim, not to mention the zoning game, hawk gets eaten alive by sim.
