@islamandmuslims13 Jazak ALLAH Khair (May God reward you in abundance) I DEFINATELY WILL tell him that :D it's amazing how perfect Sunnah is! In fact, it even has a remedy for weight control :) Im thinking about doing a "Sunnah" diet but I dont want to mix my intention.. you know? I want it to be a means of worship WITH the benefits of losing weight - not the other way... InshaALLAH! Hope your doing well sis! Salams to you & your family
