i don't know how to react for this...kasaragod was a district in karnataka....recently it was taken by kerela.. if the state name changes, the people wont change... they were kannadigas,. n ofcourse they speak kannada... even in north karnataka, the future of belgaum is at stake,..as maharastra is claming for more then 5 decades!!
